Losing weight used to feel impossible for me. I struggled for years, trying everything I could think of—sometimes succeeding, but never maintaining it. Originally from Pakistan, I moved to the UK after getting married, and our busy life made staying healthy even harder. My partner and I both reached our highest weights. After countless failed attempts, I finally discovered what works—for me, for my partner, and now for many others around me.
